Historic Ghost Watch and Investigation   Pirate's House - Savannah, Georgia Feburary 18th, 2005   Team 1: Ed, Liz and Kimber, Heidi Team 2: Michele, Cristin, Cecil and Heidi Base: Kevin & Tim   Investigation Report   Hanaha’s Room/ Rain Forest: Team recorded EMF activity at the top of the stairs leading into Hanaha’s Room.  Sensitive felt a presence and then saw a shadow figure across from the bar. She also felt uneasy and that there was "hostile" energy near the piano..   Capt. Flint’s Room:(upstairs) Team recorded EMF activity near the fireplace. While asking for a sign of presence, the team experienced a loud thump on the floor. Team experiences a 13 degree temperature drop while tracking EMF activity.   Captain’s Room: Kimber and Liz observe a shadow figure while sitting in this room. Cristin felt as if she was touched on the left elbow. Another Sensitive also felt a strong presence on this room.   Hideaway 3: Team members hear footsteps in the hallway outside of Hideaway 3. All other group members were not in the area. While setting up camera in this room, a team member reported seeing an apparition walking quickly in the hall and getting to the door of the room.   Hideaway 7: Team heard a voice as they where observing the sound of footsteps in the hall next to this room. Liz felt as if she was touched on both elbows at the same time. Team member was also able to an emf reading around the room.   Area above Herb Room: Sensitive reports feeling a presence of a man who had raped a woman in the room. While team was investigating the room they heard a female sigh. The sensitive felt the woman sighed because the team was in the room and she was frantic to get them out of the area.

Hideaway 3 12:00 Team starts up stair entering Hannah’s Room Hannah’s Room 12:01 .4 emf reading is recorded at the top of stairs. Hannah’s Room 12:05 Kimber reports feeling a presence across from the bar. Heidi also reports feeling a presence in the back of the room. Hannah’s Room 12:06 Heidi and Kimber both report feeling hostility near the piano. Heidi also reports feeling uneasy near the piano. She feel’s they need to stay away from the sitting area near the piano. Heidi and Kimber both report seeing a shadow figure moving across from the bar. Kimber reports hearing footsteps on foyer. Liz has a meter reading of 1.5 after she asked for a sign. Hannah’s Room 12:21 Check camera 3, Shadow/light flux in Captain Flint’s room. Captain Flint’s Room 12:21 Team enters Captain Flint’s room. Captain Flint’s Room 12:29 Camera 1 shadow. Captain Flint’s Room 12:30 Liz gets a meter reading of 2.0 near fireplace. Captain Flint’s Room 12:34 Ed and Liz felt tightness in small room next to Captains room. Captain Flint’s Room 12:40 Liz and Kimber see a shadow sitting in the pirates den. Captain Flint’s Room 12:50 Temperature to 64.2. Captain Flint’s Room While Michele and David are in Hideaway 7, David gets multiple meter readings up to a high of 7, between window and back door. This goes on for several minutes. They were not able to debunk. Hideaway 7 Liz reports being touched on both elbows at the same time. Above Herb Room Liz gets a spiked meter reading to 3. Above Herb Room Team finds that power is running next to ceiling and causing meter readings...DEBUNKED. Above Herb Room Liz gets a meter reading of 2.0 at the corner of the table. As she got closer to the wall the reading spiked to 3. Above Herb Room Ed & Liz report hearing a voice. And also a tap in the hall. Above Herb Room Michele reports feeling the presence of two men in back corner table. They did business there. She picks up mainly on a man, Good looking with dark long/short hair. He is well dressed and charming in his outward appearance, smiles a lot. But she senses he is not a good man, and even sits with his back at the wall facing out to see all of those around him. She senses he trusts no one. The team moved to the adjoining room and she once again picked up and the same man. This time she picked up that he brought on his ship, Ivory to sell from Africa. But also he brought slaves into Savannah. Hideaway 3 12:20 Michele & David report hearing footsteps in the Hallway while changing the Hi 8 camera. Michele reports seeing a cloudy blob moving towards them in the hallway. Blob then moved back down the hall and changed into dark human figure and then went left. Later when checked that is where a wall is. As David and Michele were exiting the room, Michele saw cloudy blob again, this time standing?? 2 feet in front of David. Before she could tell him, he turned on his flashlight and figure disappeared. Hideaway 3 12:30 Investigation Begins 12:20 12:36 Cristin feels cold sensation, and later reports being touched on her left arm. Captain’s Room Hi 8 moved to look down hall. Captain’s Room 12:38 Team enters Bar. Bar 12:39 Michele gets a meter reading at the bar. Bar 12:39 Team reports cold spots with meter readings in the seating area near the bar. Bar 12:42 Team enters room behind the bar: Room behind bar 12:42 Meter reading recorded, but debunked as electrical. Also team reports a "tuna" smell. Room behind bar 12:44 Heidi reports feeling a touch on her L shoulder, and also reports elf meter reading to red. Room behind bar 12:45 Another elf meter reading to red. This time meter went from 0 to red reading while meter was sitting on the table with no one touching it. Team reports cold spots circling area. Room behind bar 12:51 Note** Air conditioning is running and reading at 47 degrees at vent in bar. Room behind bar 1:00 Cell sensor reading is reported in same area. Room behind bar 1:01 Camera 3 Possible shadow left of the fireplace in rear of bar. 1:03 Fish smell reported by team. But could be coming from the prep area. Room behind bar 1:05 Captain Flint’s Room: Captain Flint’s Room: 1:10 Heidi reports feeling anxious. Michele, while asking for a sign receives a thump on the floor for an answer, this is in room adjoined to Captains room. She also reports feeling nervous. Captain Flint’s Room: 1:15 Cristen reports feeling a pinch on her neck. Team reports a temperature drop of 67 to 59 degrees. Captain Flint’s Room: 1:24 Temperature drop from 77 to 64 degrees. Team reports cell sensor going off at the same time. ***Note*** See camera 3, temp drop to 59 degrees. Our Conclusion

Investigation Conclusion There was a fair amount of activity to be found in the Pirate’s House during the time we were there. We captured numerous Electronic Voice Phenomena or EVPs throughout the building . We also encountered a cold spot in conjunction with an EMF reading as well as being able to track an EMF reading around a room. Our sensitive’s reported feeling the presence of several beings, while, many of our investigators reported having personal experiences. Some of which we can’t, at this time, explain. Historic Ghost Watch can not use personal experiences and sensitive feelings as proof that a location is haunted. Therefore, it is our belief that the building is paranormally active but we have not yet been able to collect enough evidence to prove it to be haunted.
